👥 The event gathered many experts, practitioners, and enthusiasts of lean management from various industries. Over two days of intensive workshops, inspiring lectures, and fruitful discussions, we had the opportunity to explore the latest trends and practices in lean management.

🔧 LeanLab is not just about theory, but primarily about practice. Participants took part in interactive workshop sessions, where they could apply the learned methods in practical scenarios. 🤝 Networking over coffee ☕️ and lunch 🍽️ resulted in many valuable connections.
💼 The NS team, together with our guests, worked on three main areas: reducing setup times, minimizing machine micro-stoppages, and improving warehouse logistics. This collaboration led to identifying several opportunities for improvement in pinpointed problems and bottlenecks. The next step will be to implement the proposed solutions, which will increase process efficiency in the plant.
